More About Alisia:
Alisia became a therapist in 2019 and has been supporting individuals across the Ottawa area through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, identity exploration, trauma, and experiences related to the LGBTQIA+ community. In her work, she meets clients with deep compassion and presence, tailoring her integrative approach to meet each person’s unique needs—drawing mainly from attachment theory, polyvagal-informed practices, EFT and ACT.
At the heart of Alisia’s work is a belief that each person holds the innate capacity to heal, especially when offered a safe, supportive space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Her intention is to create a therapeutic environment where clients can deepen self-understanding, foster resilience, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
If you’re looking to align more deeply with your values and navigate life with greater ease and clarity, we invite you to book a consultation to see if working with Alisia feels like the right fit.
